About me
I have always been driven by science and animal welfare. After obtaining my Master’s degree in Animal Science from Wageningen University in 2013, I have had the opportunity to further develop myself with various organizations and companies. Influencing policy, bringing different parties together, and developing effective strategies have consistently been my guiding principles.
Having worked for industry organizations, NGOs, and commercial companies, I have gained a unique insight into how different stakeholders view an issue. I leverage this understanding to steer towards an effective strategy that everyone can commit to.
At Proefdiervrij, I combine my passion for animals and science with my talent for developing effective strategies. My goal? A world where we no longer need animals for biomedical research: no animal suffering, faster drug development, and more effective treatments.
